W boson mass and width measurements at LEP2

摘要：

The LEP2 program has allowed for a high precision measurement of the W boson mass. The latest preliminary results, corresponding to the combination for the winter conferences of 2003 [1] are presented here. In addition, the recent progress on the understanding and reduction of the systematic effects due to Bose-Einstein correlations and color reconnection effects is discussed.
