摘要
The aim of this research was to analyze the crystallites of poly(9,9'-dihexylfluorene) (PHF). The pristine polymer was synthesized through the Suzuki cross-coupling polycondensation and the reprecipitation method. Through XRD measurements it was possible to determine the semicrystalline diffraction pattern of the polymer which after the structural adjustment by Le Bail method showed orthorhombic unit cells and crystallites with average sizes of 43.86 angstrom. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), revealed spherical nanoparticles morphology with average diameters equal to 69.20 nm. The possible relationship between the fluorescent properties and the parallel alignment of the chains in the crystallites was determined through the absorption spectra in UV-Vis and photoluminescence.
