摘要
Sintered metallic carbides (SMC) based on Cobalt Carbide and wolfram Carbide have chemical and physical properties which allow them to be used in a large range of industrial usage and research. For obtaining high performance materials for new fields of loadings for SMC, it is mandatoly a rigorous characterization of the products such as: toughness, shock-resistance, etc. The purpose of the researches were the determination of physical, chemical mechanical and the structure of different kind of sintered metallic carbides such as K30, P305, K45, G20. All these properties were studied in accordance with technological parameters requested by SMC utilization.
