摘要
This paper presents an analytical model for the establishment of enterprise competitive strategies and the discussion of products quality dimensions and their levels. Quality dimension can be used as a generic benchmark to evaluate customers' requirements, competitive rivals and enterprise capabilities in a common method, respectively Analysis of the results may lead to following main conclusions: (1) products quality means applicability in multiple dimensions and their levels; (2) enterprise capabilities can be evaluated based on products quality dimensions; and (3) enterprises can establish their competitive strategies based on products quality dimensions.
