摘要
The globalization of human relations in all areas, the rapid development of media, new techniques and developments in science, development and strengthening of democratic institutions, progressive interdependence of states and the emergence of new manifestations of economic power, many times in illegal ways, with political and social consequences, led to the transformation of the public institutions, both national and international. Both plans are constantly evolving conditioning each other. In this context, intelligence services, with responsibilities in national and international security, gain a new dimension and are confronted with new challenges.
