摘要
Education and trainning for employees is playing an increasing part in the management of human resouces. E-learning,which contrasts drasticaly with the conventional learnt-ling model with its various advantages, will facilitate the study of employees in many ways. Enterprises or companies have every reason to lay emphasis on the infrastructure construction and software development.
