摘要：
Almost half of schizophrenic patients also present with a lifetime history of substance use disorders, a rate that is much higher than that seen in the general population. Although this comorbidity is associated with poorer clinical outcomes, treatments of these patients rarely target substance use. This paper provides a review of the literature on treatment of substance use disorders in schizophrenic patients.
