摘要
The immunosensing system coupled with a disposable amperometric glucose oxidase (GOD) sensor was developed for the determination of a-fetoprotein (AFP). The combination of the simple, portable, and low cost electrochemical measurement with the specific and sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) indicates a promising means to establish an immosensing system. The results proved that the established immunosensing system was capable of detecting AFP in the low concentration value of ng ml(-1). The assay took 20 min to be completed using an electrode and pre-coated microtiter plate with anti-AFP. The assay revealed linearity for AFP in the response range from 10(-8) to 10(-5) g ml(-1). On the basis of these results, the immunosensing system offered excellent performance within 20 min compared with typical ELISA which took several hours. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V.
