Research on the College Teaching Management Mode Reform Under the Background of People-oriented Thoughts

In this paper, we conduct research on the college teaching management mode reform under the background of people-oriented thoughts. With the worldwide economy, science and technology, talent competition has become increasingly the fierce, rapid development of science and technology, economic globalization and China's socialist market economic system gradually perfected and the strategic adjustment of economic structure, the higher education personnel training work put forward many new requirements. To deal with the challenge, we adopt the people-oriented thoughts to largely optimize the traditional management approaches using basic rule of teaching management, principles and methods in the timely processing of job of teaching of random events. This is beneficial to make the teaching work orderly, in an orderly way to form a good teaching order.
