摘要：
The digital divide refers to the gap between different individuals in possession and application of information and network technologies. For the first time, this paper uses the panel data to analyze the factors influencing the regional digital divide in China by population regression and income group regression. Empirical results reveal significant differences between the impact of pre-test factors, such as level of economic development, education development and openness, on the regional digital divide in China.
