摘要：

Positronium formation and annihilation in solid methanol have been investigated. A metastable phase appears in the range (135-140) K; the observed effects can be explained as transformation of the supercooled beta phase into a one. The effect of local melting at the positron site is discussed. (C) 2010 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved.
