摘要：

In the title compound, [(C7H5O2)(2)(C5H6N2)(2)Ni], the Ni-II atom is six coordinated by four O atoms from two benzoate anions, and two pyridine N atoms from the two 2-aminopyridine ligands to give a distorted octahedral geometry. All of the O atoms and both the amine groups of the ligands contribute to form a one-dimensional chain consisting of intra- and intermolecular N-H...O hydrogen bonds.
