摘要
Regenerative blowers were built for pressure ratios from 1.2 to 1.5. They are used in many industrial areas for the compression of air and technical gases. They are also used as a compressor for coarse vacuum in the paper and polygraphic industrie. The design of the blower, especially the side channel, was done for incompression flow with a constant cross section of the side channel over all of the perimeter. The accessible pressure ratios make it necessary, to consider the alternation of the density by the designing of the machine and to have optimal flow in the side channel over all of the perimeter. In this article was shown the designing calculation for the cross section dependent on the peripheral angle and the most important quantities for the calculation given.
