摘要
Boost converter circuit is widely used as DC-DC converter in the photovoltaic system applications but they are time variant and periodic in nature because of its switching operations. In this paper small signal state-space averaging technique is used for modeling of the DC-DC boost converter as a time invariant system by using set of differential equations that can represent the system working during on and off states. To improve the converter's performance like providing less overshoot and a faster settling time fuzzy logic based controller is designed. Simulation was performed on open-loop DC-DC boost converter to analyze its stability for the corresponding load variation. The performance of DC-DC boost converter for the corresponding load variation with fuzzy logic controller is investigated.
