摘要
The work is focused on the effect of cobalt substitution on the structure and magnetic properties of Nd10Fe82-xCoxC2B (x =0, 10, 20, 30) ribbons. The as-spun ribbons consist of the 2:14:1 and alpha-Fe(Co) phases. With the increase of Co substitution the soft phase a-Fe(Co) increases and the as-spun ribbon becomes more amorphous. The coercivity and remanance decreases slightly with the Co substitution, and the Curie temperature of the 2:14:1 phase increases from 291degreesC to 588degreesC. The highest achieved coercivity for the cobalt substituted samples is 8.2 kOe and it was obtained for x=20. This sample had an uniform and fine microstructure with a grain size of 60nm.
