摘要：

The arrival of the era of big data has changed people's lifestyle and thinking habits. Big data also brings about comprehensive and real opportunities and challenges for mental health education in colleges. In the era of big data, college mental health educators should seize opportunities, meet challenges, improve the teaching level of mental health education, and promote the healthy development of college students' psychology.
