Female Career Planning Development and Management in Computer Science Era

Career women with their unique character ethic and female advantage are playing a great role in all walks of life in our country. But they often bear more heavy psychological pressure and come up against problems than men. In order to help female overcome a variety of difficulties existing in career development progress, perfectly plan her career development path, this paper consults and borrows ideas from predecessors' study of female career planning. It analyzes the influencing factors of female career planning development and management, what are employment policy, organizational environment and feminine characteristic. Then effective countermeasures are proposed that are eliminating gender bias, establishing organizational culture of gender equality, enhancing self-confidence and perfecting oneself. We hope it provides some useful suggestion for female career planning development and management, contributes to the growth of female talent and speeds up to realize the strategic goals of building the innovative country.
