MANAGING BY RESULTS IN PUBLIC HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

摘要
The purpose of this article was to evaluate the global treatment in a systematic way on management by results in health, initially it was based on the state of the art in the international context and later the information found in the Scopus database, Web of Science and engine is systematized. Google Scholar search. Public organizations whose main purpose was health services were considered as eligibility criteria. The research methodology had as design; type of descriptive and retrospective bibliometric study of 30 articles compiled from the databases extracted from the period 2010 to 2021; the result revealed the existence of few studies on management by results, and that the model is being implemented in health organizations globally. In conclusion, health organizations have been implementing the results-based management model, it is necessary to know and apply it in their organizational and work performance that allows improving processes in health management.
