摘要
The formation of the dense amorphous structure of granular materials (formed by equal spheres) under air impact is numerically reproduced by a coupled computational fluid dynamics-discrete element method model. Corresponding dynamics and mechanisms are investigated comprehensively through local structural evolution, interparticle interaction forces, and pore filling behavior. Specifically, the jamming phenomenon induced by the structure characteristics is analyzed. The results are of theoretical and practical significance in the preparation of amorphous materials.
