摘要
With higher operating efficiency, motor train becomes the required vehicle for people's travel, in recent years, due to the continuous improvement of the running speed of motor train, the constant increase of passenger flow, carrying capacity increase accordingly, this makes people put forward higher requirements for safety technology of motor train. The transient temperature of bearing in axle box of bogie really reflects the working state of the motor train, and also provides reliable data for the relevant personnel to master the information of real time axle temperature of motor train. This paper explores the transient temperature of bearing in axle box of bogie of motor train unit, mainly carries on detailed analysis on its measuring device and test. According to the actual working environment of motor train and the working principle of thermocouple, related staff have carried on the related design of the film temperature sensor, and produce temperature sensor for electrode film, thus make surface features to surface topography of thin films. In this experiment, the vibration measuring set is used to carry out related experiment and exploration to the two types of bearings, thus it is concluded that using temperature sensor of electrode film can test the transient temperature of bearing in axle box of bogie of motor train, realize the real time monitoring to transient temperature of bearing.
