摘要
The optical properties of colloidal solutions of quantum dots based on cadmium sulfide semiconductor nanoparticles with different concentrations of the initial components have been studied. The absorption and fluorescence spectra are strongly affected by the presence of local energy states formed by crystal-lattice defects in the band gap. The dependence of the intensity of short-wavelength emission peaks on the excitation energy has been observed. The concentration quenching of fluorescence in the range of 430-490 nm has been found.
