摘要
The amide bond formation was developed in the early 20th century, however, acylation of hindered or secondary amines still poses a significant challenge. Recently, novel two-component coupling reaction using old functional groups has been established for construction of tertiary amides. It is likely that careful reconsideration of known reactions might produce new valuable chemistry.
