摘要
A method for assessing thermal comfort of car occupants is presented. Vehicle thermal environment is simulated by dedicated software, while thermal condition of the passenger is evaluated by means of a user thermoregulation model. From the resulting subject's thermal parameters (body temperatures, sweating rate, skin wetting), thermal comfort can be estimated for different environmental and subjective conditions, both in stationary and transient conditions. Hence, this method makes it possible to optimize the trade-off between thermal comfort level and air conditioning cost.
