摘要：
The mixed-ligand complexonate (CN4H7)(2)Bi(Edta)Cl (I), in which the Cl- anion is present in the bismuth coordination sphere in addition to Edta4(-), was synthesized for the first time. The crystal structure of I was determined. The coordination number of bismuth is 8. The bridging bonds formed by bismuth atoms with the carbonyl O(4)'atom of the neighboring complex combine the [Bi(Edta)Cl](-) anions into polymer chains, the CN4H7+ cations being located between the chains. The N-H . . .O and N-H . . . Cl hydrogen bonds join the structural units into a three-dimensional framework.
