摘要
With the quick development of national economy and continuous expanding of the urbanization, the real estate industry has already become one of the pillar industries in China, and it is playing an increasing important role in the national economy. At present, the real estate enterprise had a big demand for skilled talents, however, the lack of professionals and high rate of employee turnover, to a certain extent, has affected the sustained and healthy development of the real estate industry. So it is of great significance to study on human resources management (HRM) in real estate enterprises. This article analyzes the major existing problems in the FIRM in real estate enterprises and puts forward detailed countermeasures in strengthening HRM in real estate industry such as human resources training and development, salary welfare management, performance management and enriching incentive methods.
