摘要:
This study develops a conceptual framework about the effect of personal relationship on knowledge acquisition from foreign partners. It also investigates the moderating role of organizational culture (power distance, uncertainty avoidance, collectivism -individualism).The findings make contributions for boundary spanning theory and provide managerial implications for the managers who run business in foreign market to make use of the personal relationship between boundary spanners to promote its knowledge acquisition from foreign partners and improve performance.
