摘要：

Telecom operators are in a good position to lead an ecosystem of service providers by providing enablers for personalizing services. Personalization of services is the most important way to add value to end users, and the Telecom industry, by managing communication means, knows a lot about the users' activity, habits and preferences. We describe a set of enablers which exploit these possibilities in a converged Web-Telecom service delivery environment [1].
