摘要
Though facing the broad prospects in e-commerce market, e-commerce enterprises have to address the problem as how to improve their service capacity to achieve greater competitive advantages. And how to maintain their positions in the market and create sustained competitive superiorities in leading enterprises is also a concern for business managers. This article analyses the impact of E-commerce enterprises' features and service capacity on their competitive advantages, and puts forth measures for improving the service capacity of these enterprises.
