摘要
In the experiment, anaerobic baffled reactor is controlled at the stage of hydrolysis acidification, and INT-dehydrogenase enzyme activity was used as an indicator of the activity of acidating bacteria in each compartment of the reactor. The relationship between the activity of acidating bacteria in each compartment and acidating ratio has been discussed, and the influencing factor S on the activity of acidating bacteria in each compartment were analyzed. The results indicate that the acidiating ratio in each compartment of the reactor is related to INT-dehydrogenase enzyme activity of acidating bacteria, and the dehydrogenase activity of acidating bacteria in each compartment is related to the substrate concentration contained in the inflow water. After it runs steadily, temperature change brings little influence on the INT-dehydrogenase activity of acidating bacteria in each compartment.
