摘要
In the process of loading and unloading of refined oil, the volatilization of oil and gas not only causes energy waste and environmental damage, but also raises serious hidden danger. Today, more and more attention is being paid to the issue of environmental protection, the country has already issued a variety of laws and standards to restrict oil and gas emissions. In this paper, according to control requirements, "condensation-adsorption" oil and gas recovery scheme determined, the control logic of the system is clarified, and hardware and software design of the control system are completed. Automatic control, manual control, refrigeration, defrosting, adsorption, desorption, oil recovery, alarm and other functions are realized through PLC. The control panel interface is developed with Wincc Flexible software and tested by simulation. The results show that the control system can operate safely and stably and the recovery efficiency is greater than 95%.
