摘要：
In this paper, we study norms of circulant matrices H = Circ(H-0((k)), H-1((k)), ..., H-n-1((k))), H = Circ(H-k((0)), H-k((1)), ..., H-k((n-1))) and r-circulant matrices H-r = Circ(H-0((k)), H-1((k)), ..., H-n-1((k))), H = Circ(H-k((0)), H-k((1)), ..., H-k((n-1))), where H-n((k)) denotes the nth hyperharmonic number of order r.
