摘要
The immunomodulator, AS101, inhibits production of IL-10, IL-4 and expression of p38 MAPK, while increasing production of IFN-gamma and IL-2. Together with its excellent clinical safety profile in humans, suggests a potential therapeutic use for AD. (c) 2008 Japanese Society for Investigative Dermatology. Published by Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
