摘要
Transcriptional regulators containing the LytTR-type DNA-binding domain control production of virulence factors in several bacterial pathogens. In this issue of Structure, Sidote et al. report the crystal structure of this elusive domain in complex with its DNA target (Sidote et al., 2008).
