摘要
Current research on design for mass customization (DFMC) puts emphasis on how to carry out product design and manufacturing based on the thought of mass customization (MC) after customer order has been confirmed. It makes optimization of manufacturing attributes hard to achieve. Customer requirements collaborative optimization between customers and enterprises provides a feasible way to solve this problem. A realization method of customer requirements collaborative optimization is brought forward. Thereinto, the similarity evaluation method of product functional schemes based on customization product family is discussed in detail. That is. the product conceptional function matrix is constructed and matrix elements are evaluated for customer requirements importance value. Then, the benchmark product for similarity evaluation is constructed. Based on the benchmark product., the similarity indexes of various product functional design schemes can be figured out. These indexes are a good guide to piloting and optimizing customer requirements. An example case study is also reported.
