Relationship Between Ethical Leadership and Ethical Behavior of Employees

Leadership plays a vital role in the management activities. Not only have the leader's value orientation and behavior an important influence on their management decisions, but also play a decisive role in organization and subordinate staff. Ethical leadership is a new research topic of western theoretical field in recent years, it has attracted more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad. Therefore, the main research contents of this paper analyze and expand from three aspects. First of all, this paper introduces the connotation of ethical leadership and related concepts. Secondly, the influence of ethical leadership on employees' ethical behavior is pointed out in the next part. Finally, the author gives relevant strategies on how to better promote and improve employee's moral behavior by ethical leadership.
