PROSPECTS AND PROBLEMS OF DIGITALIZATION OF RUSSIAN FISHERIES

There are no acceptable alternatives to the innovative type of economic development for Russia from a socio-political point of view. An important component of this type of development is digitalization, which affects many aspects of public and business life, and has specifics at the industry level. The purpose of the study is to identify key problems that arise in the process of digital transformations in Russian fisheries and determine ways to solve them. The result of the study is the systematization of knowledge about the patterns, trends and features of the implementation of digital transformations in the fishing industry, as well as the development of recommendations for participants in this process. The novelty of our work is a comprehensive approach to solving the organizational and economic problems of digitalization of fisheries, which harmonizes the policies of different actors and increases their effectiveness.
