摘要
With the advancement of internet bandwidth and streaming technology, online learning has gradually become prevalent in K-12. Museums have long collaborated with K-12 schools in providing a variety of pedagogical material related to its collections. In recent years, museums have also begun to establish educational video streaming platforms and producing online video for K-12. However, limited research has been conducted on user perception of and demand from online streaming platforms developed for museum's educational activities. This study focuses on studying the "iPalace Channel", the online learning platform of the National Palace Museum (NPM). K-12 teachers were asked to fill in questionnaires related to their experience of using the platform. The 21st edition of SPSS was utilized to analyze the statistics of the survey, including the perception and satisfaction of teachers that have integrated the "iPalace Channel" to their curricula and participants of offline activities related to the iPalace Channel. The study concludes with suggestions for future improvements to NPM's online educational platform based on the results of this study.
