摘要
The effect of Mo species and sulfur content on the hydrodenitrogenation was investigated for monometallic Pt/NaY and bimetallic PtMo/NaY catalysts. These catalysts were prepared by successive impregnation on NaY zeolite and characterized by different techniques. The catalysts were tested with quinoline. Results showed that Mo species are formed and highly dispersed. The dispersion of Pt increased 2 times on the bimetallic catalyst compared to the monometallic Pt catalyst. The conversion of Pt catalyst increased with maximum conversion of 30%, but deactivated quickly. The bimetallic catalyst stabilized after 10 h up to the end. Results show also that the conversion of the bimetallic 1Pt1Mo is 4-fold compared to the 1Pt catalyst for similar conditions. The selectivity on the bimetallic catalyst is twice that of the monometallic one. The deactivation was not significant for sulfur contents up to 500 ppm.
