摘要
With the continuous development of network economy, virtual enterprise's organization model is universal mature. But in practice of this kind of dynamic alliance organization form, there are always some bottlenecks and important points which are easy to overlook. This article is to summarize about the virtual enterprise analysis in recent years, and list some key points in the process of virtual enterprise running. Including the components of virtual organization, establishing process of practice, etc. At the same time, we hope that these points can provide a new research direction for future, which makes the whole theoretical framework of virtual organization be more perfect. And at the same time it also has a strong practical significance.
