摘要
The paper suggests an approach to the blast-furnace melting control for improving the blast furnace process efficiency. The approach is based on the simulation of the blast furnace operation and online stabilization of parameters based on the obtained mathematical models. The paper suggests employing the machine learning methods to identify the model for effect of the controlled parameters on the output and coke rate. The obtained models were used for optimization as the target functions. The optimization problem was divided into two components: optimization by the criteria of maximum iron output and minimum coke rate. To enable the operator performing the necessary calculations in an independent manner, this paper also suggested the expert system concept.
