摘要
Five new triterpene saponins, arganine L (1), O (2), P (3), Q (4) and R (5), were isolated from the barks of Argania spinosa (L.) Skeels. Arganines L-P and R are bi-desmosidic saponins. The structures of 1-5 were elucidated as 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4) -alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] bayogenin, 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28- O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] bayogenin, 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28- O-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] bayogenin, 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl( 1-4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl] bayogenin, and 3-O-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28- O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl( 1-2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] bayogenin, respectively, mainly on the basis of their spectroscopic data.
