Resonant inverse photoemission study of NiS2-xSex

摘要
Resonant inverse photoemission (RIPES) spectra of NiS2-xSex were measured. Two structures are observed at about 1.6 and 2.6 eV above Fermi energy. It was found that the structure at about 1.6 eV decreases its intensity with the resonance. As x increases from 0.45 to 0.85, the intensity of the structure just above the Fermi energy increases and shifts close to the Fermi energy, so that the Fermi edge intensity increases in IPES spectra.
