摘要：
Imaging diagnosis of osteomyelitis in children has benefited from the development of powerful modalities such as scintigraphy, sonography, CT, and MR imaging. Imaging contributes to a prompt and accurate clinical diagnosis of the infection. The problem often is multifaceted according to the age of the patient, the area of the skeleton involved, and its natural history (i.e., acute, subacute, or chronic).
