摘要
Terahertz band is considered as a potential technology for 6G development. However, due to the lack of electromagnetic characteristic parameters of materials, cognition of channel characteristics in terahertz band are limited. In this paper, the diffuse scattering models of rough surfaces are discussed. Base on the measurement campaign, the parameters of the diffuse model are modified. This is a significant input for deterministic channel modeling in terahertz band.
