摘要：
As the only University sponsored by the Administration of National Security, "security" is of the distinctiveness of the North China Institute of Science & Technology. The discipline construction of Legal Science should take "security law" as a starting point, to build up a research ladder for "Safety Production Law" between the law and other research subjects so as to establish the academic echelon for safety law, with safety features, thus to promote scientific research and teaching. At the same time, gradually improving the" Safety Production Law "courses group will be based on the theory of teaching.
