The Application of Factor Analysis Model in the Evaluation of Comprehensive Performance of Oil Industry Listed Companies

Oil supply is crucial to the country's economic, social development and national security defense. Oil industry listed companies play very important roles in the supply of petroleum products. Therefore, this paper analyzes the construction of the financial evaluation index system of the oil industry listed companies. Meanwhile, the paper builds factor analysis model to comprehensively evaluate the financial performance of China's 13 oil industry listed companies in 2006. Finally, the financial performance of the listed companies and the corresponding integrated factors are obtained. It provides a scientific basis decision-making for the improvement and sustainable development in the financial performance of the listed companies.
