摘要：

Nowadays the ordinary social space is divided into two parties: 1) administrative territorial social space told part) and 2) virtual social space (new part). The parties ar e opposite. The virtual social space exists inside global and local networks (it is modern Socio-Technical System). The social structure of administrative - territorial society is getting changed under the influence (impact) of the social structure of virtual society. As a result primary and secondary social ties are destroyed and transformed in society of modern. A sketch of behaviour of people one can describe in terms of ethnification and multiculturalism.
