摘要
This article discusses the principles of choice of indicators for the performance evaluation of industrial clusters and puts forward a kind of performance evaluation method of industrial clusters based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). The FAHP is used to set up the system of a performance evaluation of manufacturing industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province, China. Combined with the investigated findings, the performance of the manufacturing industrial clusters has been well evaluated. The results of the performance evaluation shows that the manufacturing industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province has a "good" score; this indicates that it has a good base for the development. However, something is still not good enough in the barriers of the industrial clusters; this needs to be improved with combined efforts made by the enterprisers and local governments together in order to increase the performance of the industrial clusters.
