摘要
the bit error (BER) performance of CDMA in a frequency-selective fading channel can be significantly improved by the use of frequency-domain equalization (FDE). There are three methods can be used to implement FDE in CDMA uplink [1]: the cyclic prefix [2], the zero padding and the overlap-cut (OC). However, the first two methods not only yield lower bandwidth efficiency, but also create higher latency, so the OC is the better choice. In this case, we don't have to modify the structure of the frame. This is very important and useful for applications in which the frame structure is predefined. Thus, this paper proposes an approach to use the improved overlap-cut (IOC) method and parallel interference cancellation (PIC) architecture integrate with frequency domain decision feedback equalization (FD-DFE)
