摘要
This paper proposes ITCON (ITS CONnectivity) which is based on communication of the end systems running Intelligent Transportation Applications over a remote server that. performs application level switching. ITCON provides seamless connectivity for different types of devices using WebSocket structures. ITCON is implemented for vehicle to vehicle applications that access the IP Core networks over cellular mobile networks. Detailed timing performance evaluations are presented.
